All Shop Orders are for digital products that grant immediate access on payment. As such, I have a strict no refund policy on all orders. Commissions and Readings

Standard wait time varies depending on the specific commission choice and add-ons, complexity of your request, and my current workload and health. I aim to complete a commission within two weeks of receiving all information needed to begin your request - but please note this is not a guaranteed time-frame. I will update you with progress throughout the commission process.All commissions are for personal use and entertainment purposes only.
Commissions may not be used in conjunction with Generative AI under any circumstances.Divinatory Readings:
ACCORDING TO UK LAW: divination services are curio-only. This means I cannot promise a physical/spiritual experience - or any other specifically requested/expected experience - from readings and that you alone are responsible for your actions and decisions.Please read my Code of Ethics before requesting a reading.Please note the following which applies to all commissions:
Commissions involving explicit language/themes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. I am a complex being: some things I am willing to do and others I am not. I cannot produce anything that conflicts with Ko-fi's Content Guidelines.
I may decline a commission for any reason. If this happens, I will contact you with details regarding my declination; we can work through any issues regarding your request from there or you may cancel your commission and receive a refund minus Ko-fi and payment processor fees.REFUND POLICY:
If you wish to cancel your request before I have begun working on your commission, I will be able to refund you the full amount MINUS KO-FI AND PAYMENT PROCESSOR FEES - these are fees Ko-fi and PayPal/Stripe take per payment thus are non-refundable. If you request a refund after I have begun working on the commission, I will not be able to offer a refund. (In some scenarios, I may be able to offer a partial refund if the commission is not close to completion, but this is not guaranteed.) I cannot offer refunds once you have already received your commission.
